New Video - Uploading instrument control Setpoint file for an Agilent 7890

Often our users are confused about how to create an instrument control, or setpoint file. If you try to create a new file in Chromperfect the options are greyed out. Instead you must upload the data from the GC to create a master file which can then be edited and saved as different name to allow for a library of instrument control files, In this video we will be working with the popular Agilent 7890 Gas Chromatography GC. The process is the same for other instruments but each will have a unique file extension. This user training/support video uses Chromperfect version 8 with Windows 11, different versions and operating systems may behave differently.
