Software Upgrades for older Chromperfect Systems
As operating systems and hardware changes we have to occasionally “end of life” older versions of Chromperfect. However, no customer is left behind as there are cost effective upgrade opportunities to the latest version of Chromperfect 8
Chromperfect version 8 and higher are currently supported

Microsoft regularly issue upgrades and patches to their operating systems, however Chromperfect is being constantly developed to support the versions of Windows.

Chromperfect Version 8 is compatible with Windows 10 and Windows 11 (Pro editions or higher)
Older versions are no longer supported
Any version of the Chromperfect software BEFORE version 8 is no longer supported and is not compatible with Windows 10, or 11 operating systems.

Although our support team can no longer assist you with these older versions of Chromperfect, there are simple and low-cost upgrade options available to all our users, regardless of the age or version of your system.

How to find your serial number?

Where you can find your serial number will depend on the version of software and also the version of the Chromperfect menu that is in use. If you have a 5.x or early 6 version of Chromperfect you will see the serial number on the main menu. Later versions of Chromperfect used a floating bar on the top of the PC screen. Click on the ABOUT button and the serial number will be displayed
